iOS application license

For an iOS application distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate, valid custom EULA is configured for that store release. Read it at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. VONIQO’s User Agreement governs the booking and studio services and does not replace mandatory Apple usage rules.

Web and Android license

For the website and Android app, Seventh Software grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the service and installed app on devices you lawfully control, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. You do not acquire ownership of the software, VONIQO branding or third-party materials.

Permitted use and restrictions

Use the app for lawful personal bookings or authorized business operations. Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, remove rights notices, compromise security or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law or an open-source license permits it. Open-source components keep their own license rights.

Support, updates and termination

VONIQO support is available at support@seventh.dev. Apple and Google do not provide VONIQO’s studio services or its customer support. Updates may be required for security or compatibility. We may suspend access for material misuse; you can end your use and delete your account. Mandatory warranties and consumer rights are preserved.
