Who we are and how to contact us
This policy describes VONIQO’s website and app, provided under the Seventh Software brand. For privacy questions, access, correction, deletion or concerns, email support@seventh.dev. The same privacy controls are available to client and business accounts. Operator: Seventh Software LLC, 540 Broad Street, Newark, NJ 07102, United States. Telephone: +1 646-893-9151. Support and privacy: support@seventh.dev.
Information you provide
Account data includes your name, email, account role and sign-in identifier. Firebase Authentication handles passwords; VONIQO does not store your plaintext password. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive the name, email (which may be an Apple relay address) and provider account identifier needed to authenticate you. We do not receive your Google or Apple password. Optional data includes city, a private phone number, service preferences, profile photos, appointment-update settings and your choice about special offers. Your private phone number is not published or shared with studios through booking records. Booking records contain service, studio, specialist, appointment time, price and a name/photo snapshot shared with the booking participants. Studios supply their public business contact details, descriptions, team, services, hours and portfolio. Reviews, moderation reports and support messages contain what you choose to submit.
How information is used
We use data to authenticate accounts, personalize discovery, manage appointments and availability, operate business records, display approved public content, answer requests and prevent misuse. Hosting providers process technical request information, such as IP address, device/browser information and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the service.
Who can see what
Profiles, saved studios, preferences and review receipts are private to the account holder. A studio can see its own clients’ appointment records, including the name/photo snapshot needed for the visit. Approved studio content is public. Approved reviews display a first name; a profile photo is shared publicly only when the reviewer chooses to include it. Moderation submissions and reports are restricted to authorized operations. Assigned moderators can review submitted studio content, reviews and reports through a restricted console. Their decisions and reasons are recorded in a private audit log for safety and accountability.
Providers and transfers
Google Firebase/Google Cloud supplies authentication, database, files and server functions; Vercel hosts the web experience. Our database and file bucket are configured in Iowa, United States; providers may process other operational data in their service locations. External maps, email clients and app stores follow their own policies when you choose to open them. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers in this release. When online payments are activated, Stripe processes payment and studio-verification information under its own privacy policy. VONIQO stores restricted studio account identifiers, checkout/payment references, amounts and payment status, but not card numbers or bank credentials.
Permissions and local storage
Photo access is requested only when you choose an upload. You can decline and continue without a photo. The app does not require location, microphone or camera access. Device/browser storage remembers sign-in and your ENG/ESP preference. Booking notifications are in-app updates on open/refresh; this release does not deliver push notifications. Native iOS/Android users can opt in to reminders scheduled locally on their device. Reminder preferences and pending schedules stay on that device; they synchronize with appointments when the app opens or refreshes. Delivery follows device settings. Remote push messages are not sent in this release.
Retention and deletion
Account information is kept while your account is active. Account deletion removes credentials, private profile/settings/favorites, uploaded media, authored public reviews and owned studio listings/services/team. Future appointments are cancelled and their slots released. Other participants may retain anonymized appointment details for their own records, without your account identifier, name or photo. A temporary security marker expires after 24 hours and is removed through database expiry processing. Reports expire after 90 days; security and hosting logs follow the providers’ configured retention. Restricted information may be retained when required for a legal obligation or a specific unresolved dispute. Account deletion also revokes moderator access and anonymizes moderator audit attribution. Restricted payment records are anonymized upon account deletion and expire within one year through asynchronous database TTL; abandoned checkout records expire after seven days. Deleting VONIQO does not close an independently operated Stripe account or remove records Stripe must retain.
Your choices and requests
Edit account information and preferences in Profile settings. Delete your account there or use the browser account-deletion page without installing the mobile app. You can also contact support@seventh.dev for access, correction, a data copy or deletion assistance; we may verify account ownership. Do not email your password. VONIQO is intended for adults 18 and older. If you believe a child provided data, contact us.
